As from 15 July 2013, Advance Exchange Support and On Site System Support for Motorola WLAN no longer include software support or rights to new software releases. WLAN Software Support will become the core offering that customers should purchase alongside the new WLAN hardware support services for around-the-clock access to technical expertise, the latest software releases, and repair programmes that help to minimise equipment downtime.
